In-store Pick-up Service
In-store pick-up service is available upon any purchase. Orders placed by 3pm local time, will be ready for in-store pick up at selected store after 2 working days. Orders placed after the cutoff time will arrive after 3 working days.
*No delivery services on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

MAGinSHOP offers convenient and fast international delivery service to worldwide countries. We are currently cooperating with FedEX or S.F. Express for deliveries in Hong Kong and China or HK Post EMS for overseas destinations:

After confirming the order, parcel would be collected by courier within 1-2 days. As normal, the delivery time would depend on the arrangement of courier and normally takes 2-10 days.
Each order can ONLY dispatch to one single mailing address and customer cannot appoint the date and time of the delivery. We cannot guarantee the delivery date as it may be affected by the Custom Clearance.
*Warehouse would be off duty on Sunday and public holidays.
Customer would receive Delivery Confirmation Email which includes the courier bill number and customer can check the delivery status from the below courier websites:
*HKD30 will be charged by courier service provider on delivery at non-industrial / commercial address.
*There may be possibility that the parcel has not dispatched if customer receives no Delivery Confirmation Email. Please login in your account to check order history.
Tax and Duties
Customer is responsible for tax and duties. If the parcel has already arrived in Customs Department, customer is responsible for the tax and duties and cannot reject parcel. Customer can ask for exchange or refund ONCE within 10 days when they receive the parcel (Details please check the return requirements of Exchange & Refund terms).
If the parcel has kept in the Customs Department for a long time as no one pay the tax and duties, parcel may be destroyed by Customs Department and MAGinSHOP would not bear any responsibility.
1.Order Date is not calculated in the delivery time. Delivery time would depend on destination.
2.Delivery address cannot be amended if the order has already been dispatched. If customer provides wrong delivery address when placing order, please provide the correct shipping address to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would try to contact courier for amendment and customer is responsible to pay to courier if there is any cost for the amendment.
3.Sign: Please carefully check whether there is no damage problem of the parcel. If there is no further problem, please sign on the airway bill and courier would notice us for status.
4.Reject the parcel: If there is obviously damaged parcel, customer has right to reject the parcel and notice MAGinSHOP immediately. MAGinSHOP would contact with courier for compensation and would bear the related delivery cost.
5.Long time not receiving the parcel: Please check order history of your account and confirm that all the information including name, shipping address with postal code, telephone number, email address are correct as this would affect the delivery time. During the delivery, order would be cancelled if MAGinSHOP/courier cannot contact with customer within 7 days and the delivery cost would not be refund.
