Do I need an account to place an order?

Signing up an account with us so that you can start adding your favorite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order. So, you are required to Sign in your account before shopping or create your account before you check out.

How do I create an account or sign in to my account?

To create an account, simply click on ‘Sign In’ followed by “New Customers” and fill in your particulars. To sign in, you may sign in with you Facebook account or click on ‘Sign In’ to enter your email address and password.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Click on our “Sign In” page and enter your e-mail address on “Forgot your password” section. You’ll then receive an email telling you what you need to do.

How can I edit my account details?

Please sign in to your account and click on "Account Dashboard" under “My Account”. You will be able to edit your account information

How do I receive periodic information via email about MAGinSHOP’s latest new products and offers?

Please subscribe to MAGinSHOP newsletter in the two following ways:

1. Subscription on website: At the bottom of our webpage, please enter your email address in “Newsletter” box.

2. Subscription upon registration: You may choose to subscribe our Newsletter via register page

Can I cancel my MAGinSHOP subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletters menu under “My Account”.

How do I place an order on your site?

1. Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.

2. Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout.

3. Sign in your account if you have done so already. If you do not have an account, you need to register an account in checkout page.

4. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

Which size should I choose?

Click on ‘Size Chart’ on the item’s page to view our conversion chart. We also provide fit information for each style under the ‘Size & Fit’ tab.

What payment methods does MAGinSHOP accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Alipay.

What currency can I use?

You may choose the following currencies depending on your shipping destination: HKD CNY USD

How can I be sure that I’ve made my order successfully?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact our customer care team. Another way to check your order, please click on "MY ORDERS" under “My Account”.

Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles as items are often limited, reservation are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it.

Can I add item to my order after check out?

Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to it but we are welcome you to place a new order for any additional items.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

MAGinSHOP sells items in perfect condition so, we will check the items’ quality before dispatch the order. In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please kindly take a picture and send it to customercare@maginshop.com for further assistance.
