Exchange & Refund

In order to provide you with the best online shopping experience, MAGinSHOP provides local exchange or refund* service ONCE per order. Please contact our Customer Service Team via telephone or email for the request. *(Except any Sale / promotional items or International exchanges & returns.)

 

Exchange

1. You can exchange any items ONCE within 10 days of receiving your order. (Except any Sale and promotional items)

2. Relative return fee will be charged by the courier service provider as we do not want to build in return delivery fees into your prices. Then, we can make sure you can get our items with the lowest prices.

3. We offer exchange service as long as the item is in stock. If it is no longer in stock, you may choose another item with the same or higher price.

4. The original invoice must be returned along with the exchange item(s).

5. Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. The item(s) should not be wore, washed, used, or amended in any way. 

6. For reasons of hygiene, all swimwear products and lingerie, such as underwear and socks cannot be exchanged.

 

Exchange Procedure

1. Please contact our Customer Service Team via telephone or email for an exchange request within 10 days of receiving your order. Please kindly take a picture of the defected or wrong item(s) and send us via email as reference.

2. Fill in the Exchange Form (*click here to download) and send it back along with the return item(s). 

3. Please send the return item(s) to: MAGinSHOP, Unit 1801-04, 18/F, Riley House, 88 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung, N.T. Contact no.: (852) 2562 9993. Then we will proceed our QC & exchange procedure and update you via telephone or email about the exchange request.

 

Refund

1. You can return any items ONCE within 10 days of receiving your order. (Except any Happy Corner/ Special sale items)

2. Relative return fee will be charged by the courier service provider. MAGinSHOP will proceed the return procedure after inspecting the returned item(s).

3. Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging and with original invoice. The item(s) should not be wore, washed, used, or amended in any way. Otherwise, we would not allow refund and customer has to bear the postage and the return expenses.

4. Gift (if any) must be returned if there is return order.

5. For reasons of hygiene, all swimwear products and lingerie, such as underwear and socks cannot be returned.

 

Refund Procedure

1. Please contact our Customer Service Team for arranging refund via telephone or email within 10 days of receiving your order. Please kindly take a picture of the defected or wrong item(s) and send us via email as reference.

2. Fill in the Return Form (*click here to download) and send it back along with the return item(s). 

3. Please send the return item(s) to: MAGinSHOP, Unit 1801-04, 18/F, Riley House, 88 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung, N.T. Contact no.: (852) 2562 9993.

4. If the return item(s) has faulty issue, return request will be rejected and related delivery cost will bear by the customer.

5. The refund processing time (exclude Alipay payment) would be 10 - 20 working days and varies depending on different banks.

6. Refund is made by either the original method of payment you used for the order or replace by our shopping coupon(s).

 

 

*The existence of color aberration may due to different PC monitors or browsers. In case of any disputeMAGinSHOP reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange/ return cases, and to change the policies on this website at any time. 

In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
