Exchange & Refund

Exchange Instruction

If the items do not fit you well, we are happy to offer free exchange for you.

1.       Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days upon receipt

2.       Items for exchange must not be worn, altered or washed

3.       Items for exchange must have all tags attached

4.       Shipping for items for exchange is complimentary

5.       You can only exchange items for another size, if certain size is out of stock, we will refund you with store credits for your next purchase

6.       Please note that it will take around 10 business days to process the exchange request

Follow the following steps for exchange of an item:

1.       Download the Exchange & Refund Form EXCHANGE & REFUND FORM

2.       Fill in all the required information in the Exchange & Refund Form

3.       Enclose the items for exchange with the Exchange & Refund Form in a parcel and send it to the following address

Unit 1801-04, 18/F, Riley House, 88 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung, N.T., Hong Kong

4.       Send the parcel with SF Express and select cash on delivery (If there is no SF Express in your country, please contact our customer service team via any of the following way and we will arrange accordingly)

5.       You will receive an email of confirmation once your exchange request is received

 

Refund Instruction

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer free refund for you.

5.       We only accept refund of full priced items

6.       You can choose to refund with either of the following way:

  • Original payment method; or
  • Store credit on the account

7.       Please note that it will take around 10 business days to process the refund request
