Exchange & Refund

EXACHANGE & RETURN

1. If you are not happy with your purchase in any way, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. The customer is responsible for any costs involved to return the items.

3. If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, the customer is welcome to select another item or opt for store credit.

4. The returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. If the item(s) are worn, washed, used, or amended in anyway, MAGinSHOP has the right to reject the exchange.

5. For reasons of hygiene, all swimwear products and undergarments such as lingerie or socks cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCEDURES

1. Notify one of our customercare team members regarding any unsuitable items via the enquiry form or telephone hotline.

2. Once you receive the return confirmation from our customercare team, you can fill in the return form in the packaging and mail them back alongside with the unsuitable item(s) to the following address:

    Unit 1801-04, 18/F, Riley House, 88 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung, N.T., Hong Kong

3. Once the returned item(s) are received, we will proceed the refund process. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your account in accordance with our returns policy.

*Please Note that all returned items will go through QC procedures. Returns that happened to be worn, washed, used, amended in anyway, or returned without their original tags, MAGinSHOP has the right to reject the returns and may send back to the customer. Customer will have to bare the delivery cost under these circumstances.

REFUND

1. Customers may refund unsuitable items within 14 days of receiving it. Items on sale or purchased on a promotion do not apply.

2. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or store credit on the account used to originally purchase the items.

3. The customer is responsible for any costs involved to return the items.

5. If the customer wishes to refund a whole order that qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned.

6. Note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payments providers.

RETURNS POLICY

You have 14 days from receipt of order to request your returns. Returns outside this 14-day window may not be accepted.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit in your MAGinSHOP account.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive your refund as store credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item more efficiently and seamlessly.

Before each parcel is dispatched, it has been quality checked by our packing team. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.
