CLICK & COLLECT
MAGinSHOP is pleased to offer a Click & Collect service at a selection of locations around Hong Kong. Orders placed by 3pm local time will be ready for in-store collection at the selected store after 2 business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be ready for collection after 3 business days.
Do I have to bring anything to collect my order?
Customers only required to provide their contact number, order number and a signature to confirm order collection.
What if I don’t have time to collect my order?
1 month upon arrival to shops for collection, after that your order will be send back to our warehouse for collection.
DELIVERY SERVICE & COSTS
MAGinSHOP offers worldwide shipping. Orders to Hong Kong and China will be delivered by FedEx or S.F. Express. Orders to overseas destinations will be delivered by HK Post EMS.
Orders are collected by couriers from our warehouse within 2 days of order confirmation. Delivery time is between 2-10 business days depending on the arrangement of the courier.
Each order can only be dispatched to one single delivery address. We currently do not offer an appointed date and time delivery service, and we cannot guarantee the delivery date as it may be affected by Custom Clearance.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes, all deliveries required signature upon arrival.

After confirming the order, parcel would be collected by courier within 1-2 days. As normal, the delivery time would depend on the arrangement of courier and normally takes 2-10 days.
Each order can ONLY dispatch to one single mailing address and customer cannot appoint the date and time of the delivery. We cannot guarantee the delivery date as it may be affected by the Custom Clearance.
Customers can simply enter the waybill number in the shipment email to track via our courier partners' websites.*
*There may be possibility that the parcel has not dispatched if customer receives no Delivery Confirmation Email. Please login in your account to check order history.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any taxes or duties subjected to the Customs Department of their country. Customers may ask for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving their order; however an exchange or refund of an order that is kept by the Customs Department due to unpaid duties is not possible. MAGinSHOP does not bear any responsibility if an order is discarded or destroyed by the Customs Department due to unpaid duties.
1. If the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer has the right to reject the parcel. Please notify MAGinSHOP customer care team immediately, we will contact the courier for compensation and bear all related costs.
2. If the delivery time exceeds the stated dates, please check your order history to make sure all information including name, shipping address, postal code, telephone number or email address are correct. You could track your delivery by inserting the waybill number on our courier partners’ website. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.
3. If MAGinSHOP or our partnering courier cannot contact the customer within 7 days of delivery, the order will be automatically cancelled and the delivery cost will not be refunded.
